Located on the green belt, this lodge caters to higher-end clients looking for an extra level of service and comfort, along with good food. The owners live overseas, and the staff are highly trained to operate it.
The lodge consists of a total of 6 guest rooms. Three are located within the main lodge. The remaining three are standalone private chalets. The central lodge area has a large living room with glass stackable windows and a modern open-plan kitchen.
This leads out to a spacious patio deck with a swimming pool and tables for breakfasts and evening meals. Leading off the patio is a firepit boma and a view deck with views over the green belt and the Drakensberg mountains.
The chalet rooms are spacious with ensuite bathrooms and outdoor showers. There are bar fridges, kettles, and tea and coffee provided in each room. The rooms have air conditioning, fans, and mosquito nets. Each room has its own private patio deck and views onto the bush.
The internal lodge rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, toilets, and basins, along with additional outdoor showers. The large master bedroom includes a bath and is spacious.
There is also a reception with a manager's office, guest toilet, storerooms, laundry, and a scullery.
Sold as a going concern, including bookings. Staff will remain, and movable items are included.
