Each stand is serviced with power and water and there are a variety of allowable roof types. There is no time frame to build in. Stands on wildlife estates in the area are only becoming more rare and harder to find.
The reserve has a set of Homeowner rules that ensures the reserve is held to a good standard and the enjoyment of all owners, without effecting others negatively. On the reserve there are plains game including kudu, Impala, nyala, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra and water buck. There is no fencing between properties and game will be seen roaming.
