With a full view of the amazing Mariepskop Mountains and bordering the wilderness area it is one of the best stands on Moditlo.
Secure this excellent stand within a wonderful reserve while prices are still affordable. Prices are increasing. A waterhole nearby attracts game into the area. The estate has open areas that will make it easy to build and still be surrounded by nice thorn trees. This prime stand is close to the main gate but in a very quiet area of the estate.
Build your bush home in an established secure development with the option of thatch or harvey tile. There is no requirement to build in a certain time frame. The stand is serviced with power and water. The roads are good quality gravel roads and accessible in a regular car.
There are around 110km of roads for access to home owners and game viewing. The reserve has two seasonal rivers that run through it, this provides perfect conditions for large bushveld trees and excellent game viewing and bird watching. There are a variety of bushveld terrains on Moditlo including Plains and riverine.
Moditlo is located 14 km form Hoedspruit and part of the Kruger to Canyons Unesco Biosphere Reserve. On the 20th of September 2001 the Kruger to Canyons (K2C) Biosphere Reserve was registered in Paris by UNESCO. It became the 411th Biosphere Reserve site to be registered in 94 countries worldwide, acknowledging the global significance of Greater Kruger bioregion, the eastern savannahs and escarpment of South Africa. K2C has 1.4 million ha dedicated to long-term conservation (898 300 of formally protected area and 400 000 ha of private owned conservation land). The entire registered Biosphere Reserve area is 2.5 million ha.
The Kruger National Park is located 30 km away from Moditlo. The airport with daily flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town is 10 km away.
