This farm is situated in one of the best areas for crop and cattle farming.
On this magnificent farm there are 8 camps, 2 of which are the arable fields. There is a four-bedroom house associated with the farm that has 3 phase electricity. The farm boundary as well as the individual camps are fenced with 6-line wire fences. There are 80-ha arable fields that were planted with maize for the first time in the previous season. It used to be planted grazing. There are still 45ha planted Oulandsgras. The roads are gravel and passable with a normal bakkie. There is a cattle handling facility with a neck clamp and a spring dip. The dip is still in a workable condition but due to recent developments and the costs associated with dip, it is not used anymore. There are 2 soil dams and 2 cement dams. The 1 cement dam has 2x5000l water tanks that are filled with a wind pump. The other cement dam is filled from the borehole. This dam is also not used as the Nooitgedacht Spruit flows through the farm and it is a perennial stream, so the animals do not need to drink from troughs as water is readily available in all camps. The camp opposite the road has a soil dam which gets water from a fountain, where they drink. There is a total of 2 soil dams. There are 3 boreholes. The borehole near the house is equipped with a submersible pump and the one at the handling facilities with a Lister engine. The third borehole is not equipped. There is another wind pump near the house that is not used and needs repairs.
