The estate which was an old game farm is around 1000 hectares in size with 650 hectares of untouched bush veld for game viewing, walking, cycling and game drives. The remaining 350 hectares has 1 hectare stands which make up the bush and aero estate.
There are no fences and the game traverse across the whole farm.
There are 161 bush stands and 38 aero stands, which are alongside the light aircraft runway.

The Zandspruit Home owner’s association will collect its first revenue on the 1st of December 2011.
The process of hard surfacing the internal roads will commence in January 2012, while the runway has already been completed.
