Century 21 Wildlife Properties excel at Pearl Awards

Century 21 held its annual National Awards recently in Swakopmund, Namibia. For the second year in a row, Barbara Fluxman from the Hoedspruit office was nominated from about 300 agents nationwide for a Pearl Award, which means she was nominated as one of the top Century 21 Agents of the year.
A Pearl Award agent embodies all the right qualities of being a market leader in their career as property consultant. They are the champions and the soul of the Century 21 brand.
Other top three nominations within the Century 21 group included Rob Severin for Century 21 Brand Ambassador of the Year 2012, for "being a truly International Ambassador with his newsletter e-mails and contact from his isolated office in Hoedspruit" said the Century 21 CEO, Harry Nicolaides. Rob was also nominated for the Century 21 Franchisee of the Year 2012.
Century 21 Wildlife in Hoedspruit was announced as the National Franchise Office of the Year 2012. Harry Nicolaides the CEO of Century 21 defines this award as "the office that has collectively 'got it':! meaning that it has a fabulous team spirit, hits its targets for the year, they get on with the business with not much fuss, they understand the concept of "reward comes with effort" and never have a victim mentality. They play this fabulous brand to their advantage and are not intimidated by anybody or their competition. They show resolve and initiative and never forget to have fun and are champions at play".
Rob Severin, the principle and owner says, "2011 to February 2012 was a good year for Century 21 Wildlife and I would like to thank everyone within the Wildlife Properties Team for their support. A special thanks goes to Barbara Fluxman for another good year and Christine Tiley for her consistently solid support which is the glue to a successful office. Most importantly I would like to thank the whole Hoedspruit community for the support they have given me both from a business point of view but also from a personal point of view following the floods in January this year.
