In 2006, Duncan Gray, the national franchisor for the CENTURY 21 System in South Africa,
secured the franchise rights for this country. CENTURY 21 South Africa officially launched
in October 2007, after establishing its Founding Franchise members during that preceding year.
Franchise sales continue to expand the national footprint with offices now covering large areas
of South Africa, from Cape Town, along the Garden Route to Knysna, through Port Elizabeth to East
London and on to Johannesburg, through Pretoria and into the Limpopo Province with offices in Bela
Bela and Polokwane. Offices can also be located elsewhere such as in Mpumalanga and Kwazulu Natal,
but with great
opportunities yet for expansion as more and more
franchisees
join this leading world brand , much growth and
development of this South African real estate organisation can be expected over the next number of years.
Current rollout plans describe approximately 150 to 200 offices by 2014.
