Specific Outputs
Develop a strong facilitator/leadership role within the territory.
Develop servicing strategies to increase market share.
Analyze regional franchises to assess growth opportunity and implement franchise development plans.
Coordinate the Company’s resources to support franchise development plans (Learning, Consulting, Marketing, etc) and increase system utilization.
Measure, monitor and track progress of franchise development.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of end-to-end “after sale” touch points.
Work with franchise sales to identify potential sales or M&A opportunities.
Manage all corporate communications including, broker councils, achievement groups and other feedback vehicles.
Conduct training as required.
Applicants need to exhibit astute business acumen, ambition, energy, confidence and excellent presentation skills.
Strong analytical and figure orientation is essential and candidates MUST have previous property experience.
Required Experience
Territory management
Real estate experience (agent/manager/broker/owner) strongly preferred
Strong group facilitation experience and skills
Knowledge of competitors servicing models a plus
Strong presentation skills
Client focussed
Proven success organic revenue growth
Relationship management
Solid organizational skills
Leadership skills a must
Qualifications
BA, BSc., B. Com or equivalent qualifications.
QBE will be considered.
5 years sales/influencing environment preferred.

Other Information
Your contribution to the Company will be rewarded with a market-related remuneration package based on a basic plus a sliding scale commission package.
This position is based in Sandton however the applicant will be required to travel occasionally on a national basis
